We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Installation Crew Leader –

The applicant may live in other regions of the country. Provide working supervision of small technical crews. Prior experience in commercial glazing is required. High-quality workmanship is an absolute must. Experience with lifting, crane work, CYA documentation, OSHA 10, hiring and terminating employees, processing change orders, supervision of staff, etc. The position requires a mature individual who enjoys significant travel. MUST have a valid driver’s license. All expenses paid plus vehicle. Significant application processes and training will be required. Looking for career-minded people only. Installation Team Member –

The applicant may live in other regions of the country. Assist in the installation of our products. Most work is done on large commercial or public buildings. Must be in good physical condition, not afraid of heights, clean record, and no drugs. Experience in the construction trades is helpful but we will train someone who is willing to learn and make a commitment to learning the trade. Significant travel is required. All expenses paid. Good starting wage based on prior experience with raises as you gain experience. Overtime is likely. Commercial Glazier / Wichita, KS –

Our local glazing department always has openings for qualified glaziers. Commercial experience in aluminum, glass, windows, and doors is helpful. Some regional travel is required. Good wage based on experience and benefits. Click here to apply.

Drafting and Technical Design / Wichita, KS –

Must be proficient in AutoCAD, 3D experience preferred. Solid understanding of commercial construction, and blueprint reading. Must communicate with large GCs and architects. The position also requires creating detailed fabrication cut lists and bills of materials. Good wages, overtime, and benefits. Click here to apply.

Shop Fabrication / Wichita, KS –

Assist in the fabrication of our products within the shop. Prior experience working with aluminum and glass is helpful but not required. Duties will include drilling, sawing, packaging, loading, and unloading trucks. Forklift experience preferred. Good wage based on prior experience.  Click here to apply.

We pay market rates and once you prove yourself in both quality and overall professionalism, we can increase your income. We are always looking for good subcontractors to join our team. Qualifications to become an installing sub-contractor:

  • Liability and Work Comp insurance
    Truck(s) capable of hauling a trailer long distances.
  • Hand and power tools are required for glazing work, including safety equipment.
  • Several years of experience in glazing and working within the commercial construction industry.
  • Must follow our installation guidelines, including steps for daily communication and completion procedures.
  • Comfortable working off the ground and not afraid of heights.
    Professional appearance and attitude.
  • The owner or lead man must be a working supervisor and on the job site continually, with no remote supervision!
  • Know how to improvise and fix things, some job sites are prepared incorrectly and you may be required to make corrections (extra compensation)
  • Be a problem solver!
  • Dependable, punctual, and honest.
  • Business References – The more the better.
