About this Project
Hampton by Hilton was originally founded in 1984 as Hampton Inn, a budget hotel from the Holiday Corporation.
The first hotel was a two-story, exterior-entrance building with 128 guest rooms located in Memphis, Tennessee. Today Hampton by Hilton includes over 2,000 hotels in 17 countries around the world. The vast majority of Hampton’s properties are independently owned and operated. But Hilton owns the original Shady Grove Memphis, Tennessee Hampton hotel, and manages 64 other Hampton hotels.

Crystal Structures provided several translucent canopies including the curved canopy over the grand entry. Opened in 2016, the photos show translucent canopies that are not only functional, they provide a beautiful enhancement to the property and fit in nicely with the tropical feel of the community.
